​Our client in the travel industry is looking for an Internal Communications specialist to work as a communications business partner. You will play a vital role in the execution of the internal communications strategy and you will report into the Senior Business partner. With a team of 10, you will be working with one of the biggest operational teams at the organisation. You will need to be comfortable working at a fast-pace and be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will be a collaborative, proactive team player and be able to successfully deliver internal communications alongside a senior partner. In this highly inclusive workplace, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of internal communications to the wider business and also work alongside senior stakeholders to draft, create and implement communications plans and strategies in accordance with business needs.

For this position, you ideally will be in the office 3 days per week (based in Heathrow) and there is an optional evening/weekend on-call roster, which is remunerated separately should you wish to opt-in.
