Education provider is looking for an experienced Internal comms professional to work closely with leadership teams to develop a comms and engagement strategy that supports organisational objectives and long-term evolution and change projects.
Implement plan that will increase employee engagement, improve leaders’ impact and two-way comms.
Ensure messages are tailored for different audiences whilst aligned to wider organisation.
Responsible for channel development and put measurement in place to track progress and improve engagement.
Lead a small team ensuring high performance and clear development plans.
Must be able to develop strong relationships across organisation- act as trusted advisor on all things comms and challenge and improve comms where needed.
Currently operating flex working – two days a week in the office.
