Internal and Community Engagement Manager

​B2B business with large branch network is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager with strong experience across engagement for both employees and wider stakeholders.

Taking ownership of community and partner engagement across D&I campaigns, programmes, charitable activities and relationships as well as working closely with HR to better engage teams. This is during a period of high change for the businesss so need for strong narrative out to partners and employees.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Lead on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion campaigns

  • Lead on Health and Safety campaigns and programmes

  • Support HR with Employer Brand projects as well as internal Employee Value Proposition

  • Manage and maximise charitable and industry partnerships

  • Support Head of Strategy Engagement with employee engagement programme, often taking the lead on branch events

  • Ensure a calendar of content across internal channels and for use with external partner publications/social media

  • Support change comms projects and ensure any activity is aligned with BAU

Flex working is three days in the office or across branch network. This person would be expected to travel regularly to branches to support customer facing teams.
