​A global media company with over 30,000 employees is looking for an Interim Communications Business Partner to join them on an initial 6-month period paying a day rate of £325 - £400 (inside IR35).

Reporting into the Senior IC Manager, this newly created role will be focused on partnering the global finance department, working closely with the newly appointed CFO to develop, and roll-out, the communications strategy. This will include both BAU and change communications as the CFO looks to improve the efficiency of the department. The hiring manager is looking for candidates with experience of change communications, ideally in a fast-paced global company, who can hit the ground running and build solid stakeholder relationships from day one.

Although the role is majority internal communications focused, there will be elements of external communications as the hiring manager looks to align both internal and external communications across the practice. Someone with experience in external communications, or an interest in working in a hybrid role across both disciplines, will be a good fit for this role. Like many businesses, this client has adopted a hybrid working model with a likely pattern of three days working from home and two days in the office (central London).
