A global advertising agency is looking for an experienced Change Communications Lead to support with a technology change programme, on an initial 3 month contract.

The successful candidate will be joining a global programme with the aim of centralising various technology platforms. With the programme gaining traction across the business, there is now a requirement for a senior level change communications expert who can develop the communications strategy and advise on internal and change communications best practice. Working closely with the Programme Lead and senior IT stakeholders, this would suit someone who has a prior knowledge and understanding of global technology change programmes.

Skills and Experience required:

Translate complex messaging into easy to read language

Energy, enthusiasm and passion for transformation communications.

Experience working on a global technology programme is desirable

Programme communications experience

Comfortable working in a complex, matrix organisation

Gravitas with the ability to work with and advise senior leaders
