​Construction supply company is looking for an experienced Internal Communications professional with strong digital know-how to launch and manage roll out of a new employee app.

This will be to oversee the pre, go live and post launch content and engagement and ensuring it is widely publicised and adopted as a go to channel for news. Working with senior stakeholders and diverse, often digital low, audiences across multiple sites.

Specific activities:

• Working with wider comms team to develop a strong content calendar.

• Create awareness and excitement about the new channel.

• Develop a range of events and activities to train users and embed tool.

• Review usage and improve cut through, reporting results back to business.

Ideal candidate from strong channel management background who is an expert in digital. Strong on devising content that will resonate with different audiences.

Required to be in the office or on different sites three days a week. There is a car allowance as sites cannot be reached by public transport so role holder must be able to drive. Other benefits include bonus and private medical coverage.
