​We’re looking for an inspirational senior internal comms leader to join our FTSE 100 client and head up the communications & engagement for a key operating division. A strategic role, working alongside business leadership and as part of a wider employee communications team, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of or Senior Business Partner to make the role their own.

The role:

Alongside divisional peers and as part of a high performing comms function you’ll be responsible for both comms strategy and delivery for your division, supporting and advising senior leadership and devising campaigns and content in line with business need. Leading a team of three, and with wider support from the central comms function, you will bring ideas, dynamism and fresh thinking to an already well-regarded function. You’ll offer trusted guidance and counsel to leaders, and will be responsible for shaping creative campaigns and content to bring to life the organisation’s values and to support it’s front line employees.

About you:

You’ll have a demonstrable track record in creating and landing tailored comms campaigns that engage, inform and enthuse audiences across functional disciplines, but with particular emphasis on customer facing and remote teams. A true business partner, you’ll offer a balance of strategic thinking, influencing skills, innovation and drive. Importantly you’ll have the energy, enthusiasm leadership skills and personal gravitas to effectively partner the divisional CEO and lead the communications strategy within a large and complex FTSE plc.
