As Head of Corporate Communications for this FTSE 100 Energy business, you will be working closely with the Group Director of Corporate Affairs, CEO, CFO and leadership team to guide and advise through the full financial calendar.

You will lead the business, working closely with the IR team on all aspects of financial PR, creating clear and concise communications from annual reports, prelims and interim results to announcements around changes on the Board and managing challenging media situations throughout the year.

Working as a part of the corporate affairs team, this role is an integral one to the organisation, and requires someone with solid experience within a listed business or agency environment looking to step into a major FTSE 100 with a clear purpose for the future.

As well as the financial communications, this role also opens opportunities to support and tell the target to Net Zero story of the business, identify and tell positive stories around the incredible investment in skills being developed within the organisation the organisation’s sustainability journey.

Energy, infrastructure or similar complex regulated business experience would be a real asset in this role, but they are open to a wider sector background as long as the financial communications experience is at the desired level of expertise.

You must also have the gravitas to work with the CEO and CFO of a major FTSE business that spends a lot of time with the media.
