Our client, a multinational financial services company, is looking for a Head of Communications to join their team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategy
• Build the reputation of the company by developing external strategies
• Enhance employee engagement by developing internal communication strategies
• Build strong relationships with local media
• Build an influencer network
• Manage external partnerships and internal teams

To be successful:

• At least 15+ years of experience in communications experience in a large publicly listed company
• Experience in using digital strategy and social media in strategic communications plan
• Possess communication, crisis management and interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated, results-oriented, solution focused
• Be a team player with strong leadership qualities
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or related discipline preferred
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in both English and Chinese/ Cantonese
