​A leading mid-market private equity firm is looking to expand their Origination and Marketing team and to add an analyst to manage the firm-wide CRM system and to help develop a long-term knowledge management strategy for the firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking, organising and maintaining all information on the firm’s CRM system

• Leading efforts to ensure the CRM is used more effectively across the firm to sup-port the business

• Working with the Origination, Marketing, Investment and IR teams to gather data and create reports

• Helping to develop the firm’s talent management network

• Supporting the Marketing team on marketing-related CRM activities

• Helping to develop a long-term knowledge management strategy to ensure in-formation is shared more effectively across the firm

Key Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in an information management role, preferably within a financial services/professional services environment

• Experience working with CRM databases

• Ability to work with others as part of a team as well as taking individual responsibil-ity

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Highly organised and detail-oriented
