Superb opportunity for an CRM Insight Manager to join a national rail firm on a 12 month contract.
York based, highly flexible working (1 day in office a week).
We are looking for an experience CRM Insight Manager to join a UK rail company, to plan deliver and deliver our national CRM strategy.
The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing and required the line management of one CRM executive.
Role & Responsibilities:
Maintaining current CRM Strategy on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Plan and deliver CRM activity, ensuring customer journey automations and BAU content is correct, innovative, and engaging with a clear purpose that serves value to each customer
Drive CRM performance through Test and Learn best practice
Presentation/comms to higher level management/directors/external stakeholders
Data and Insights
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a CRM or marketing communications role at managerial level for a minimum of 3 years
Use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including automations)
Use of Google Analytics and Datorama
Ability to use data and insights to drive decision making; supporting both marketing and wider customer & commercial directive
Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives
Awareness of business and commercial environment, sound understanding of customer centric thinking
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good interpersonal skills
Strong people management skills
Ability to work under pressure – to tight deadlines and expectations of others
Good organisational/time keeping skills
