​d to be working with a client on a communications opportunity in the hospitality industry. This role will be internal comms focused in a company with a diverse range of services.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

• Developing content for all our communication channels, including text, photographs and videos.

• Updating and developing the Club’s website and staff intranet using the sites’ content management systems.

• Providing information to members and staff using the Club’s CRM e-mail system.

• Using social media for promotional purposes.

• Liaising with colleagues from across all areas of the Club to understand priorities and gather information.

Ideal requirements:

• Previous experience in a communications role.

• Excellent writing skills, with attention to detail, accurate spelling and good grammar.

• Experience of using a website Content Management System, ideally WordPress.

• Experience of creating content for and using social media.

• Experience of using a CRM e-mail system (ideally Marketing Cloud).

• Working knowledge of InDesign

• Some experience of using Adobe programmes such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
