Job Description

As part of a wider business transformation programme, our client is undertaking a comprehensive programme of supplier communications. The Communications Executive - a brand new role - will support the Procurement team and in-house communications team to manage supplier communications (primary focus) and internal communications (secondary focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the supplier communication plans, working alongside the project communications and procurement team leads

• Lead delivery and evaluation of the communication plan

• Adapt communications to enable supplier engagement and provide regular feedback to the project team

• Ensure all materials and plans are aligned with our client’s guidelines

Key Requirements

• Proven corporate communications experience, with a strong familiarity with both external and internal communications

• Experience running external communications projects, creating communication plans to support change programmes

• A self-sufficient, pro-active candidate with the ability to work to tight deadlines

• Experience in the field of supplier communications is highly beneficial

• Experience of working in a large, FMCG company and experience working closely with multiple stakeholders is also beneficial
