Change Communications Manager, 12mth FCT, London

​Our FTSE client is looking for an experienced internal communications pro with strong change / transformation / programme comms expertise to lead the comms workstream for a significant change project.

You'll work alongside both business and programme leadership, acting as comms lead for the project and as a link between the programme team and the BAU comms team (internal and external). The role will span planning, development and delivery of communications throughout the life of the project. As a key member of the PMO you'll develop the narrative that explains the purpose and benefits of the project, build close stakeholder relationships across the business, and pull together the communications plan in line with the overall programme objectives.

We're looking for someone with a solid IC background and clear hands-on experience leading the comms for major change/transformation programmes. You'll likely have experience of both BAU comms and PMO settings, will have first class communications planning and delivery skills, be a strong relationship builder, creative and proactive thinker, and a team player.
