​Exciting opportunity for a Brand and Acquisition Manager to join a leading UK property firm.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the key group-level objectives of delivering exceptional customer experience and investor returns. This role will deliver acquisition marketing activity across our operational and future property portfolios in order to support the company’s growth ambitions to drive total shareholder returns and maximise ROI for performance marketing channels.

Hybrid working: 3/4 days a week in London office, remainder working from home.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Shape, develop and own the company strategy for Acquisition Marketing

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver end to end campaigns from concept to execution for offline acquisition marketing

  • Ensure detailed customer insight for each property portfolio from the portfolio team and additional insight from our media agency to drive efficacy of media planning

  • Working with our media agency, plan and develop acquisition media plans, that reach the target audience for each property portfolio

  • Responsible for brand development of existing and new property portfolios, from naming and logo to visual and verbal identity, working with creative agencies. Ensure comprehensive brand guidelines are created for each portfolio

  • Regularly communicate with the Real Estate team on development of new property portfolio brands, gaining buy in on brand development and naming

  • Create a range of hoardings for new developments throughout the build process, to effectively communicate the upcoming property portfolio

  • Work with the creative agency to deliver creative and compelling campaigns that deliver cut through and efficient ROI

  • Work with the creative agency to deliver a range of offline creative from OOH, audio (radio & podcast placement), film, other print media and external digital lifestyle newsletters/print advertorials.

  • Responsible for delivery of all visual assets – photo shoots and filming. Also responsible for managing external filming by third parties who promote the our brand on their channels.

  • Writing and creating engaging handbooks to welcome new residents to a property or property portfolio. Online handbooks with seamless promotion to new residents to encourage them to view the handbook.

  • Source and create branded items for resident welcome packs for each property portfolio / new property

  • Responsible for the creation of content and uploading to the digital screens in our property portfolios

  • Collaborate with property portfolio General Managers on trading performance to develop and execute strategic plans that meet enquiry and reservation targets

  • Own the relationships with external partners and agencies (creative and media) whilst supporting evaluation of all agencies, contractors, and tools used to execute the acquisition marketing strategy

  • Adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all performance marketing activities identifying areas to grow, run tests and improve channels to optimise ROI

  • Working alongside the Head of Marketing to align acquisition marketing with the wider marketing strategies 

Skills & experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2C brand and acquisition marketing with experience of working with high-profile consumer brands / service industry organisations in-house

  • Experienced in developing engaging brand propositions and brand development that resonate with the target audience

  • Proven track record in managing offline marketing channels delivering positive ROI

  • Educated to degree level

  • Experienced in delivering brand propositions and brand development

  • Experience of leading brand and acquisition offline strategy and campaigns

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and drivers

  • A genuine desire to get involved in driving engagement in our current and potential property portfolios

  • Exceptional communication, creative, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude: a diligent multitasker able to prioritise and excel under pressure

  • Ambitious, with a keenness to excel
