​Our client, one of the UK’s largest airports, is hiring for an Advertising and Media Account Coordinator to join their commercial advertising department. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will support with the running of all advertising assets, including billboards, retail spaces and digital screens.

This position is hybrid (in-office/on-location 3 days a week).

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Support the day to day running of advertising assets (billboards, retail spaces, digital screens, etc.), ensuring displays are functioning correctly, clean and visible

• Working with key account partners to ensure their creatives meet advertising guidelines

• Working closely with various internal stakeholders, including key terminal teams, to ensure advertisements are running smoothly and required maintenance work is carried out

• Supporting airport partners to set up and run marketing events

• Monitoring the department budget, reporting and exploring ways to drive cost efficiency

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• A strong passion in advertising and for working within an airport environment

• Good budget planning, including experience with monitoring and reporting on budgets

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Proven ability of managing relationships with various key stakeholders
