Neuroscience is defined as the study of the nervous system. A complex, interdisciplinary science, neuroscience allows us to understand how linguistics, behaviour and cognitive function impacts our everyday living.

But how can internal communications use the science to engage employees and deliver projects successfully?

Join us for a webinar where we explore how neuroscience can support employees through the pandemic, ensure better engagement and the successful delivery of change programs. The webinar will be hosted by VMAGROUP’s Matt Gibbs (Managing Consultant) and Deborah Le (Principal Consultant).

We’ll be joined by Adam Baines, Head of Communications for Change & Transformation at Lansons. Adam is a senior change communications consultant and has delivered major transformations, strategy change, leadership engagement, culture change and employee engagement programmes for a wide range of organisations. These include: BBC; Cabinet Office; Euroclear; Kingfisher plc; Liberty Speciality Markets; MS Amlin; Prudential; Thomson Reuters; UBS. Adam has won several awards, including the Media Guardian Innovation Award for his work taking the BBC from analogue to digital. Adam has strong knowledge of neuroscience and presents to industry forums on how to deliver successful change, by respecting the way the human brain works.
