I’m a Managing Consultant in the UK Interim Internal and Change Communications practice, where I’ve specialised since 2016.
Both my degree in international business and my previous industry experience as a marketing executive and sales consultant have helped me understand the needs of both clients and candidates.
I like to keep my finger on the pulse and learn about my subject matter by regularly reading IoIC publications and attending industry events. I feel this enables me to advise on market trends and changes to the contractor landscape, giving me a consultative, rather than transactional recruitment approach.
During my time at VMAGROUP, I’ve established a solid network of high level communicators and have placed almost 100 roles from officer to head of level.
