VMA GROUP were briefed on a Corporate Communications Manager position on a contract basis, which has since become permanent. The Corporate Communications Manager now leads the delivery of integrated, omni-channel customer communication campaigns for Metro Bank and will support the Head of Customer Communications in delivering ambitious new customer-centric programmes, designed to bring brand experiences to life for Metro Bank’s customers.
