So, what do Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris have in common?
So, what do Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris have in common? Besides being the headquarters of a large proportion of leading international organisations, VMA Group Europe will soon have hosted business meetings in all these cities. On Wednesday 26th February 2014 we will add Frankfurt to this list of cities, as we host our first Business Breakfast there.
At VMA Group we are proud of the events we host and the opportunities we give communication professionals to meet, network and share experiences. At our recent events, topics have varied from crisis communications to the increasing role of social and digital, and from the communications challenge of positioning a new CEO to the need for adapting internal communication channels after strategic re-orientation. In all these cases we invited experienced communication professionals who, with pleasure and pride, introduced the topics and gave insight into the communications processes within their respective companies.
For VMA Group, sessions like these remain essential to further increase our understanding of the communications profession. At the same time, it is a lot of fun. Actually, almost everything we do at VMA Group, we do with pleasure and passion. Every day we have the opportunity to meet great candidates and we happily guide them to new positions and experiences. Every day we get to know our clients better and introduce to them the best available candidates in the market. If only the number of vacancies matched the number of great available candidates! But unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Our recent Communication Professional Labour Market Survey confirmed what we knew already, lots of great professionals are open to new opportunities, though a lot of them are not actively pursuing these themselves. But hey, that is why we are here, making sure the best of the best for every position is pulled into the recruitment processes. That is what makes us tick, that is why we get out of bed every morning. That is why in Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels our events are highly appreciated, that is why we’ll continue to organize them, and that is why we like it – a lot!
