Our partner, The House of St Barnabas, is hiring for a Marketing Manager to join their marketing team and support brand growth. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and member acquisition, supporting the delivery and execution of the organisation’s multi-channel marketing strategy, including their paid/organic strategy across digital and social media.

The House of St Barnabas is a charity and not-for-profit organisation with a mission to break the cycle of homelessness by providing a programme of long-term support, employment and work experience to those affected. Based in their grade 1 listed building right at the heart of Soho, The House of St Barnabas hosts a comprehensive programme of events across music and art, with profits funding their lifechanging Employment Academy.

This position is hybrid (in-office 4 days a week).

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Support the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy, aimed at driving brand awareness and member acquisition

  • Execute the organic and paid strategy across social media, email and SEO

  • Clearly communicate the organisation’s impact to drive awareness, increase memberships and grow the online audience

  • Support the creation of engaging and inspirational content to promote live music and art, from people such as Hot Chip, Banksy and Tracey Emin

  • Manage and develop marketing partnerships with external organisations

  • Own marketing reports, tracking conversion rates across channels and identifying areas for improvement

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3 years’ experience across marketing, including paid/organic social, email and SEO

  • Experience of working with a CMS, such as WordPress

  • Experience of line management and/or supporting a more junior colleague

  • Digital and data-driven, with a proven ability to create marketing reports

  • Purpose-driven and passionate about breaking the cycle of homelessness
