Our client, a leading animal welfare charity working to improve the life of dogs, cats, and the wider community, are hiring for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness through both online and offline marketing campaigns, with the aim of increasing supporters and helping animals find their forever home. You will be purpose-driven and have a strong passion for animal welfare.

This position is hybrid (in-office 2-3 days a week).

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Develop engaging marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, increase supporter base and donations

• Working across both online and offline channels, developing integrated campaigns to achieve maximum impact

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Engagement and Digital Fundraising Manager, overseeing budgets and developing audience-focused content

• Produce key publications, key ad-hoc print materials, and graphics in-house

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience planning and executing engaging marketing strategies within the non-profit sector

• Experience with multi-channel campaigns across both online and offline

• A strong passion for animal welfare in a purpose-driven role

• Experience working with various key internal and external stakeholders, with a strong collaborative approach

• Previous budget responsibilities
