We are hiring an Internal Communication Specialist. You will be supporting and implementing the regional internal communications plan for DACH, Italy, UK and Ireland in alignment with the global internal communications strategy. You will communicate directly via email, virtual events, and internal media tools to 950 in-scope regional Quadient DACHIT/UKI colleagues and support internal communications for an additional 350 Quadient colleagues from international teams located in the region.

The position can be filled remote with weekly presence in our Stratford Office. There may be some travel associated with this role, therefore flexibility is required.

Your tasks:

  • Executive/Leadership communications: Support quarterly town hall meetings and help prepare content. Manage the internal comms calendar across all channels (email, events, internal media).

  • HR/Transformation communications: Support in tactical communication related to HR e.g. changes, comp&ben, Covid Guidelines, pension scheme.

  • CSR communication and projects: Build a charity network, set up charity events, track and monitor participation. Host regular meetings with empowered communities and support CSR in animating and roll out strategy.

What you bring to be successful:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in internal communications in an international environment.

  • Strong sense of initiative and creativity.

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels.

  • Proven written communication skills.

  • Excellent command of corporate tools and information systems, particularly the Office 365 suite. Adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.) is a plus.

  • Experience with virtual event platforms such as MS Teams.

  • Fluency in English. German is a plus.
