Internal Communications Manager

​We are working with an international organisation who are looking for an Internal Communications Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. Paying up to £55,00 basic salary plus benefits.

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of communications in this organisation. This means working with, and contributing to, a robust content plan that puts the people at the heart of the strategy, through channels that are two-way, measurable and effective, often against a challenging change agenda.

You’ll spend your time supporting and coming up with innovative communications solutions to ensure our people are informed and engaged on who the organisations and how they support the operating companies to deliver their business plans. You will work very closely with stakeholders and areas as appropriate.

You will need to support and protect a consistent joined-up narrative that successfully embeds the operating model, values and behaviours, while respecting the unique requirements of the different functional areas and change happening across the whole group.

You’ll need to have an exceptional eye for detail, solid copy-writing skills and the ability to make connections between messages and strategy to ensure they deliver relevant information to the right people when they need to hear it.

You will need solid experience in:

  • Internal channel management: tactical traffic management and publication

  • Strong copywriting skills and content creation

  • Measurement, analytics and insights
