​We are working with an exciting organisation who are looking for a IC Manager to work with them on a permanent basis. It is a full time role!

Paying up to£70,000 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely senior stakeholders

  • Working on a number of key change communications programmes and implement all change management communication strategies

  • Evaluate the success of communication initiatives, generate reports for key stakeholders, and suggest potential enhancements

  • Promote best practices and continuous learning

  • Work closely with other internal communications team members

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in formulating and executing communication change strategies

  • Very strong writer

  • Proficiency in directing communication campaigns

  • Robust relationship and stakeholder management competencies - a history of acting as a trusted counsel to senior business figures on intricate, essential issues

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering business value

  • Thrives in dynamic business environments

  • Skilled in working within a large, culturally diverse, global team setting
