Our client, a global financial services firm, is looking for an Employee Communications Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Come up with employee communications strategies that supports the firm’s business goals
• Ensure important business projects and information are delivered to all employees within the business unit
• Engage employees about the progress and priorities of business by creating compelling content and messages
• Manage internal campaigns and events
• Work seamlessly and collaboratively with the business unit and other stakeholders to deliver the high standard of employee communications plans

Requirements

• An experienced communications professional
• Experience developing, managing, and implementing employee communication plans
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives across regional or global geographies
• Good team player who can collaborate with peers and deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Knowledge of communications trends
