Our client, a global financial services firm, is looking for an Employee Communications Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Come up with employee communications strategies that supports the firm’s business goals
- Ensure important business projects and information are delivered to all employees within the business unit
- Engage employees about the progress and priorities of business by creating compelling content and messages
- Manage internal campaigns and events
- Work seamlessly and collaboratively with the business unit and other stakeholders to deliver the high standard of employee communications plans
Requirements
- An experienced communications professional
- Experience developing, managing, and implementing employee communication plans
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives across regional or global geographies
- Good team player who can collaborate with peers and deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of communications trends
