My client is a well-loved retail brand who are looking for an Internal Communications Manager.

They have an exciting new role to work closely with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement on the strategy and internal communications calendar.

You will be joining a newly and perfectly formed internal communications team of 4 covering retail communications across 30,000 employees nationwide.

You will be a valued consultant to the senior business members across the business who really value internal communications and engagement.

The role will be based in Milton Keynes but has the opportunity to work from the London office 2 days a week.

You will be managing 1 direct report.

The culture is very friendly, non-hierarchical and professional.

Looking for circa 5 years of retail sector internal communications experience,

Some events experience or an interest in getting involved in events.

Line management experience

Sharepoint experience

Energy and passion to drive internal communications forward in a time of growth and change.
