International logistics provider requires an experience Communications professional with both strong external communications and internal communications experience gained in a complex matrix organisation to lead team across UK and Northern Europe.  This is a business going through major change so someone who has experience of integration or change communications would be desired.

Specific requirements include:

• External build profile of the brand and develop its social media activity for both brand and individual leaders
• Advise Senior Leaders on reputational management issues as well as engagement with internal audiences
• Work with Group Public Affairs leads to address areas and communication with relevant stakeholders
• Develop and lead team deliver comms strategy and programme of activity.
