I am working with a very reputable FT50 listed financial services company who are going through lots of good change.

The role is for an experienced internal communicator to come in to look after the customer services function, a core area of utmost importance to the business and how it operates.

It is off-shore so an appreciation on delivering communications across different geographical locations is key.

The role is both strategic and tactical in nature.

You will be a key adviser to senior stakeholders in the business.

You will be driving engagement and measuring engagement levels across the function.
