Els is a senior consultant and is based in VMA Group's European office in Brussels. Her areas of focus are corporate and marketing communications, public affairs and internal communications. Prior to joining VMA Group, Els was a Managing Consultant at Young Executive Recruitment (YER) in Brussels where she specialised in communications and marketing. Els also has significant industry experience having worked in the FMCG marketing team of Dr. Oetker in the Netherlands and Belgium.
