Daniel has over 14 years’ experience in business communications and consulting, and has worked across multiple industries in numerous African countries as well as in the US and UK. He currently focuses on strategic consulting and recruitment, as well as skills development for senior communication practitioners. For nearly six years, Daniel was a Director in a leading pan-African Brand Engagement consultancy, where he worked on sales, marketing, client engagement, training, and strategy development around internal and external communication, reputation management, leadership communication, and measurement and evaluation. Daniel has worked across multiple industries, including petroleum, banking, financial services, retail, mining, healthcare, motoring, manufacturing, media paper and pulp, medical, telecommunications, and others. He has also gained experience developing and implementing communication and reputation management strategies across global markets.
Daniel is the 2014/16 IABC Africa Regional Chairperson; multi-year judge on the IABC Gold Quills Blue Ribbon Panel; the 2010/2011 vice-chairperson of the PRISA PRCC; and chief judge in the annual PRISA PRISM Awards
